Free QES identification in a few steps
Selected Swisscom Shops are certified registration authorities for the qualified electronic signature (QES) according to the Swiss Federal Act ZertES and EU regulation eIDAS.
Important information:
- Please visit only the listed shops shown on the map below for the QES registration.
- You need to renew the registration at the latest after 5 years or when your ID document expires.
In order to get enabled for QES, you just need to:
Activate Mobile ID on your mobile phone
Before going to our Swisscom Shop, don’t forget to activate Mobile ID and try it out (Test Button). Please check: https://mobileid.ch/
Bring your valid ID card or passport
Don’t forget to bring your mobile phone and your valid ID card or passport to our Swisscom Shop. Please check: county list
You’ll receive a confirmation SMS
This SMS will lead you to a website to accept the terms of use of Swisscom (Schweiz) AG and Swisscom IT Services Finance S.E..
