As a support measure and compensation, we can offer you either a free voucher for a video identification in the desired jurisdiction or a refund of the incurred costs. Please also indicate one of these two options in your request. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any other possibility of processing, we kindly ask you to refrain from telephone inquiries.

We will open a new browser tab so that you can perform your identification with our partner, INTRUM. Please have your mobile phone ready.

Passport-or-ID

You need a valid passport, or an ID card issued in the EU

Download the ID Now App as INTRUM uses the ID Now technology, or continue directly in the browser. During the ID process, you will be asked to scan your ID document and follow the instructions of the Agent.

SMS-Green

You'll receive a confirmation SMS

After a successful identification, you will get an SMS to accept the terms and conditions of Swisscom (Schweiz) AG and Swisscom IT Services Finance S.E*, so that you sign afterward.

By clicking on “Submit” and “Start identification”, you agree that Swisscom Trust Services AG may make the data you have provided available to the registration authority Intrum AG (CH-8603 Schwerzenbach) as well as to the trust services of the Swisscom Group for the purpose of identification within the scope of the signature or trust service. The Privacy Statement of Swisscom IT Services Finance S.E. in Vienna, Austria applies for the signature according to EU regulation (eIDAS). The Privacy Statement of Swisscom (Schweiz) AG applies for signatures according to Swiss law (ZertES). The privacy policies of Swisscom Trust Services AG apply to the use of this website.
